13 HANDS / NOMDYOGA LLC is an integrative education, yoga, arts, music and professional/personal development company built upon the passion to create health awareness, bring change and inspire through education, yoga, mind-body health, music, the arts, environmental consciousness, empowerment and motivational health-based programs.

FOUNDER and FACILITATOR: DALIEN, E-RYT 500 w/ Yoga Alliance, BA in Music, Sound Engineering from NYU. Dalien aka 13 HANDS, is a Grammy nominated artist, professional and personal development / healthy lifestyle expert, educator, musician / sound therapist, martial artist, author, performer, certified Domestic Violence, Sexual Assault and PTSD advocate and has been an adjunct Professor of Yoga & Meditation at Montclair State University in NJ for almost a decade. His background and experience in the integration of various mind / body healing protocols, yoga, meditation, sound healing, martial arts, shamanism and healthy lifestyle education spans 20 years, both personally and professionally.

His unique background coupled with 15 years of “in the field” and authentic life experience has allowed for a seamless integration of various music performance, empowerment, lecture, teaching, motivational health presentations in arenas such as: corporate wellness, stress management, autism, personal and professional development seminars, education, arts related venues, yoga workshops, domestic violence, PTSD, sexual assault, sub-acute care / assisted living, drug prevention, teacher training, retreat centers and health care venues. His public school assembly programs for drug prevention and stress management received a nationally recognized 2008 PINNACLE AWARD FOR PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT by the Society of Human Resource Management and he is currently applying his mind/body health protocols and strategies to help with symptoms of PTSD and other stress related trauma issues for survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse.
